About
James has been interested in sports and fitness almost all his life. As a kid he played football and baseball. When he got older he dove into track, wrestling, boxing and kickboxing. In 2014, James went to the National Personal Training Institute where he completed 500 hours of study in anatomy, physiology, nutrition and theory. With his hands-on personal training experience from NPTI, he continued working on his own fitness as well as making in-home visits to his new clientele. Since then, James has worked in both big chain gyms as well as smaller owned businesses where his goal is always to help his clients or classes achieve their fitness goals. James continues to be passionate about helping his clients reach their milestones and live their healthiest life.
